Hanowa
From a workshop in Biel to the Swiss Made mark on the wrist.
Beginnings in 1963
Hanowa was founded in 1963 by Hans Noll and Elisabeth Noll-Wirz in Biel, Switzerland. The name is an acronym of the founder’s: HAns NOll WAtches.
The Swiss Made mark
Hanowa’s identity rests on the Swiss Made mark; the Swiss cross in the brand’s logo states the same allegiance. Every piece in the collection offered in Iran carries a Swiss quartz movement.
The Swiss Military line
A second line, Swiss Military–Hanowa, was established in 1990. Since 2015 the brand has been an official licensee of the Swiss Confederation for the Swiss Military name.
Today
Hanowa is headquartered in Möhlin, Switzerland. Its collection is offered in Iran with a valid warranty and complete technical specifications.
